I began to work with Heidi in the 8th week of my pregnancy, when I was suffering a few of the discomforts common to the first trimester; nausea in the mornings; yielding to cravings rather than making good food choices, bloating and sluggish digestion; lack of energy, and general fatigue. After my first visit with Heidi I felt an immediate physical benefit and over the next several days my energetic and emotional outlook shifted and I felt more inclined to nurture myself and prove myself with the optimal nutritional and herbal support to feel well. Over the next few weeks and several visits, all of my complaints diminished and I felt like I was back “in charge” of my body, eating sensibly, and enjoying moving my body again. I know that women can be unlucky enough to suffer through the entire first trimester and sometimes into their 4th and 5th months; I am so glad that I had the access to wellness care that turned my situation around and now in my 13th week I am described as having a “radiant glow” and I feel happy, balanced, strong and supported.
