I was completely skeptical about using Chinese Herbal Medicine when I first visited Heidi for treatment for my hot flashes. But the night sweats and hot flashes were extreme, so I decided that I had nothing to lose. After one week on the formula, my hot flashes were 50% improved. After three more weeks on the formula, I only have an occasional mild hot flash. I’m am so grateful to Heidi for helping me through “the change”.
